Sarah is our Womens Health Physio. She is able to assist women suffering incontinence issues, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic constipation and pelvic floor dysfunction. Sarah enjoys treating Pregnant and Postnatal Women and assisting them during this very special period of their life. Many pregnant women experience pelvic and back pain during pregnancy. Physio can do a lot to help relieve this pain. Rehabilitation during the postnatal period is essential and very specific. Sarah is able to help women rehabilitate themselves during this period and get them back to their pre-pregnancy activities.

Once identified they can be addressed thus reducing your risk of injury. She also has experience working with sports such as triathlon, rugby, AFL, cricket, netball, hockey, running, sailing, soccer and gymnastics.

Away from the clinic Sarah is a mum to one beautiful daughter Emma and is a very keen triathlete. She has completed three Ironman triathlons and is currently training for her forth.
